Outdoor mobile services may be rescheduled for severe weather or unsafe conditions. We'll contact you to move the booking to the next suitable time at no cost. Light wet-season showers don't always stop work if there's cover.
Is there an extra charge for pet hair, mould or red dirt?
Yes — pet hair removal starts from $50, mould treatment from $80 and red dirt recovery from $50. Excessively dirty vehicles may add $50–$150+. Mentioning it when you call (or texting us a photo) helps us quote accurately.
