Read all frequently asked questionsHow do I book a mobile detail with Paragon?
Call us to book. Tell us your vehicle, package, suburb and a preferred day and time — we'll confirm the booking, your arrival window and price, then send a reminder before we arrive.
Which areas do you service?
We service Darwin, Palmerston and selected surrounding Top End areas, including Howard Springs, Humpty Doo, Coolalinga and Virginia. Outside the normal zone, we'll confirm travel and any travel fee before accepting your booking.
How long does a detail take?
Paragon Essential takes about 1.5–2 hours and Paragon Signature about 2.5–3.5 hours. Black and Showroom take longer depending on vehicle size and condition — we'll give you a time estimate when we confirm.
Do I need to be home during the detail?
No. As long as we can access the vehicle and the keys, you don't need to be there. We can detail at your home, workplace or marina.
Why are prices shown as 'from'?
All prices are starting prices because vehicle size and condition change the labour time. Heavy soiling, pet hair, mould, red dirt, stains or restoration work may attract an additional charge, which we'll confirm with you before starting.
